- Character Visual Asset: A polished character reveal asset — illustration, animation, or 3D render — that introduces the protagonist to your audience. The asset is designed for launch deployment across social media, website, and packaging.
- Launch Content Package: A set of content assets — short-form video, static images, copy, and story posts — that launch the character world. The content is designed for organic distribution and is narratively coherent with the architecture.
- One Tentpole Moment Executed: A single tentpole event — product launch, seasonal activation, or character milestone — that produces revenue and engagement data. The tentpole is the first chapter in the ongoing story calendar.
- Engagement Evidence Report: A performance report documenting revenue, engagement, audience growth, and qualitative feedback from the launch. The report is designed to prove that the architecture converts, not just that the campaign was successful.

The Process — Week by Week
Week 1: Asset Production
Days 1–5: Character visual asset production. We produce the illustration, animation, or 3D render based on the character bible from the Architecture Sprint. Simultaneously, we draft the launch content package and the tentpole event plan.
Week 2: Content Finalisation
Days 6–10: Content package finalisation. We produce the short-form video, static images, copy, and story posts. All content is reviewed against the architecture document for narrative coherence. The tentpole event plan is locked.
Week 3: Launch Execution
Days 11–15: Tentpole launch. The content is published, the event is executed, and the audience is engaged. We monitor performance in real time and make adjustments to the content mix based on early engagement data.
Week 4: Evidence and Report
Days 16–20: Performance analysis and report production. We compile revenue data, engagement metrics, audience growth, and qualitative feedback. The Evidence Report is delivered with a 60-minute walkthrough call.
