The lead character's journey introduced a founding mission: to extend kindness outward, healing and connecting fragmented environments one step at a time. The resulting IP included: a full character bible, an origin story framework, a physical activation format (a story trail across venue stations), and a licensing-ready asset library spanning merchandise, education content, and branded experience design.
